AR ACCOUNTANT
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all A/R invoicing and allocation of cash receipts for the UK Region and HQ
maintain adequate controls and processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue
Prepare invoice batches
Maintain invoice reconciliations for revenue billings
Process all manual invoice requests
Liaise with affiliates for provision of subscriber numbers required for channel carriage billing
Liaise with customers and MTV staff to resolve queries
Deposit all cheques at the bank

TREASURY EXECUTIVE
Main Responsibilities
Daily download of European cash balances
Liaise with international divisions to solve any cash related issue
Maintain Bank Accounts, contacts and authorised signatories schedule for MTVNI
To maintain a signatory and limits register for all MTVN personnel
To assist with the opening and closing of Bank Accounts
Assist with the preparation of Regional Funding requests to Viacom International Treasury
Ensure trades are timely executed and cash delivered/received
Assist with the consolidation of the cash flow reporting and forecasting
Assist the Treasury Manager and MTVN Treasury
Maintain the Treasury International files (funding, foreign currency requests, etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in treasury/accounting within a pan-European or International environment

The Channel Support & Development team is mainly responsible for the cataloging and distribution of all on- and off air elements of MTV Networks channels. Due to the expansion of the regional team we are currently looking for a
Channel Support & Development Coordinator
(based in Budapest) for the following tasks:
Constantly monitor the internal CSD site usage & development to ensure all departments and regions are consistently refreshing their sites
Using SharePoint statistical applications to report
To represent CSD on weekly calls
Providing the management and functional teams with a weekly CSD status report
The first point of contact for all client SharePoint issues (technical and non technical)
Build and maintain close working relationships with functional teams across the region
Gather and assess development requests
Deliver demo of new development request, gather feedback
Translate business requirements from business owners into technical functionality
Answer/make decisions on queries from developers on development
Give final sign off to new features/workflows to developers
Train all business owners on all SharePoint features/workflows
Produce and make available step by step guide for business owners to fully understand SharePoint features and workflows

The ideal candidate:
Has 2-3 years experience in an IT/customer support (2nd level supporter, or related) function
Speaks English fluently
Has outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Understands Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Access
Has basic Adobe Photoshop skills
Understands digital file asset management systems and file delivery systems
Is able to analyze situations and provides creative solutions to problems
Is able to work under pressure, react quickly, efficiently and calmly to adapt to difficult situations.
Microsoft SharePoint and an additional European knowledge is an advantage.
